The government declares that all civil servants will get pensions beyond this period from the day of retirement.
Regarding pension payments, the Kenyan government has strongly cautioned all local and regional government workers.
Public servant pension payments will commence in 2025, the government said today in a statement made by Charles Machira, CEO of the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA).
The declaration states that within 30 days of their retirement, all Kenyan public employees will receive their pensions. The government did warn, though, that some former workers would not receive their pension payments right away.
In order to guarantee that civil officials nationwide receive their pensions on time after retiring, the administration has emphasized that the 30-day waiting period would be closely followed.
