Akothee has, for the first time, opened up about her little-known relationship with a senior government official, clarifying her connection to Raymond Omollo, the Principal Secretary for Interior and National Administration.
The revelation came shortly after the outspoken star shared photos from a visit to his office, sparking curiosity among her followers.

In a detailed Facebook post, Akothee put speculation to rest, explaining that her relationship with Dr. Omollo is rooted in family, not politics or professional ties. She revealed that he is her uncle from her mother’s side.
“Some of the people you casually disrespect online are not strangers to me. They are family. For instance PS Dr Raymond Omollo is my uncle from my mother’s side,” she wrote.
She went on to express pride in his achievements, noting that his leadership role is a source of honour not only to their family but also to their community and the country at large.
