Many people have had conflicting reactions to renowned actor Ian Nene, often known as Almasi, when he performed poetry live on TikTok.

The actor once posted a depressing poem about finding it difficult to be on camera in a video, that is currently trending on the video app.

Based on his appearance, some internet users questioned whether he was alright, while others were in awe of his freestyle.

After showcasing his talent and attempting freestyle spoken word on his TikTok live, former Machachari actor Ian Nene, now known online as Almasi, shocked internet users.

Months have passed since the well-known actor made his TikTok debut before taking a weeks-long break. Using phrases from the comments left by eager netizens, Almasi attempted to create a poetry during his TikTok live.

Not everyone was impressed, though, as some people asked him if he was alright after noticing how his appearance had altered.

“Trying to act like I’m only on one side, we both come alive at some point in the future or in the end. Celine and her girlfriend wish he did. Because I understand why. I am aware of how.

Oh my. Oh my God, this is a freestyle. You’d think I wrote it down because I’m doing it so well. I’m not sure what I’m saying, but I’m telling the truth, so please give me some words,” he pleaded.

He kept reading the fan comments and came up with some wordplay based on what they were saying. It took him time and bravery to overcome his anxiety of appearing in front of the TV, as he implied in an emotional stanza that he blurted out at one point.

The following are a few responses from social media users: The statement from @Kes was, “But he had a great future here.”

According to @trust the process, “Huyu boys sijui why he left Kenya, he would be doing so well in the acting scenes.” According to @normal, “Almasi on the double never works in trouble.”

Derry stated: “Huyu boy ndiye alikuwa the cutest Machachari, sijui what happened when he went abroad, lakini bora he is happy.”
