Since the release of the Viral story dubbed “Blood Parliament” by BBC, there have been increasing tensions in Kenya. This is because the film might have brought back the scars that some Kenyans might have forgotten about after the 2024 Finance Bill demonstrations.
In some developing news, Kenyans do not seem to be happy as some people have started calling for demonstrations. This is following the news that a group of journalists who were involved in the shooting of the Blood Parliament film might have been arrested.
According to Martha Karua, the police should have arrested the perpetrators of the Executions instead of opting to arrest the film makers.
Although it is not clear what the arrested journalists are going to be charged with or whether the reports of their arrests are false, the police have not issued any statement regarding the Alleged arrest of the Blood Parliament film makers.
