A woman has narrated a story of how he travelled from Nairobi to Mombasa with a popular bus in the country only to find herself in the hospital without undergarments.
The victim who goes by the name Adelle Omondi said she booked a bus seat number 37,on a Mash Poa bus traveling from Nairobi to Mombasa but after departure, she later found herself at Coast General Hospital with no underwear and also no memory of how she got there.
Adel ssuspects that she was drugged by the passenger who was seating next to her but she hasn’t explained how the person with the seat number 38 was looking like.
When she tried to obtain the identity of that passenger, she says Mash Poa bus management declined to release any details of the person saying they don’t know.
Adelle also alleges that the hospital refused to open a file on her case, leaving her with many unanswered questions and growing concern over what might have happened during the journey.
She expressed concern about the events that unfolded, stating she has no memory of what happened after boarding the bus and is unsure whether she may have been sexually assaulted, as her underwear was missing and not found with her other clothes.
The victim has vowed not to rest until she gets the name of the person who was seating next to her throughout the journey.
