He revealed his openness to directly enter politics if governmental interference undermines his comedy. “I won’t stick to comedy if the politics in this country is affecting my comedy,” he stated.
Tricky pointed out that fear silences many young voices in Kenya. He said some online voices discourage him from speaking out over risks.
He criticised political leaders who exploit youthful energy for votes without addressing real needs.“Politics affects everyone,” he asserted, “and there’s a dangerous assumption that it belongs only to those in power.”
MCA Tricky urged the education ministry to introduce governance as a formal curriculum subject. He praised the presence of governance themes in textbooks but deemed practical training essential.
