Latest reports indicates that a former politician and MCA Hon Eric Musumba is dead.
As announced by National Assembly speaker Moses Wetangula, The former MCA of Sikhendu ward in Trans Nzoia is dead after being involved in a road accident.
Wetangula has described the former politician as dedicated individual who played a major role in shaping the Ford Kenya party during his tenure as MCA from 2017 to 2022.
“It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that I have received the news of the untimely demise of Hon. Eric Musumba, the former MCA of Sikhendu Ward in Trans Nzoia County, following a tragic road accident.
Hon. Musumba was a dedicated leader, a man of the people, and a committed servant who served the people of Sikhendu with diligence and integrity during his tenure spanning 2017 to 2022”, he wrote.
