Billie Eilish has only released three full-length albums during her career. She started with a short EP that introduced her to millions of people and quickly revealed to the music industry that a new star had arrived, and since, has followed it up with several massively popualr complete projects.
This week, all three of Eilish’s albums sell well enough to appear on the Official Albums Sales chart in the United Kingdom. Her roundup of current wins also includes the Don’t Smile at Me EP, and all but one of her timely winners reappear on the list as British fans return to the young talent’s discography.
At the moment, Eilish’s bestselling album is Hit Me Hard and Soft, her most recent release, which dropped in spring 2024. It is still performing well after 40 weeks somewhere on the Official Albums Sales chart, as it currently holds steady at No. 16.
Eilish’s breakout project, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, re-enters the Official Albums Sales ranking at No. 74. Her sophomore full-length, Happier Than Ever, is close behind as it breaks back onto the list of the bestselling titles in that country at No. 75, just one space below its predecessor.
Don’t Smile at Me, Eilish’s earliest release, is her lowest-ranking at the moment, though that’s not surprising. The EP comes in at No. 90 on the 100-space Official Albums Sales chart.
All three of Eilish’s full-lengths have reached No. 1 on the U.K.’s albums sales tally. Only Don’t Smile at Me missed out on spending at least one turn at the summit. The EP peaked at No. 35, which was still a big win for the singer-songwriter when she was just getting started.
In addition to the Official Albums Sales chart, all four of Eilish’s collections also make space on the Official Physical Albums ranking, which looks only at those titles that sell the most copies on mediums like vinyl, CD, or cassette.
The ranking of which project rises highest doesn’t differ from one list to the next. However, where each title lands does vary. Hit Me Hard and Soft climbs one space to No. 14, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? comes in at No. 74, Happier Than Ever sits at No. 75, and Don’t Smile at Me lands at No. 88. The lower three titles re-enter the ranking, as it seems that their sales surges are largely focused on physical mediums.
Among all of Eilish’s albums, Hit Me Hard and Soft appears on the most charts across the pond. It can currently be found on four lists, and it lives inside the top 20 on all of them at the same time. Both When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and Happier Than Ever live on just three tallies apiece.
In addition to both the Official Albums Sales and Official Physical Albums charts, those releases also make a home on the Official Albums Streaming ranking. Don’t Smile at Me, meanwhile, doesn’t rack up enough plays on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music to carve out space on the Official Albums Streaming chart. Instead, it only re-enters the two sales-focused rosters this frame.
