Miguna raised concerns to President Ruto taking his daughter, Charlene Ruto to the UN General Assembly, saying it was not appropriate for the President to do so.
Miguna slammed President Ruto on Twitter, claiming that his character is very toxic and difficult to be cured. Miguna said that during his 24-year reign, Daniel arap Moi never took his beloved child, Gideon Moi, to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) and paraded him as “Kenya’s Youth Leader.”
This revelation came after President William Ruto’s daughter Charlene Ruto took the President’s hustling image abroad on Sunday, telling a United Nations summit that her father is a chicken farmer, which laid the groundwork for her humble beginnings in agriculture. Charlene, speaking to participants at the United Nations’ Summit of the Future Action Day in New York, USA, mentioned that her mother, the first lady, is a flower farmer and can handle kitchen gardens. These have sparked controversy, with many accusing Ruto of including his own daughter in government trips, claiming this is too much for the president.
