David Mombo, principal of Mzwanenyi Secondary School, passed away suddenly, and his passing has shocked and saddened the Taita Taveta County educational community.
According to reports, Principal Mombo passed away at Jocharm Hospital in Taita after collapsing at school.
Principal David Mombo was a beloved figure among his school’s student body, faculty, and community before he passed away.
David Mombo had served as Secretary of the Coast Region of the Kenya Secondary School Association (KSSA) before to his passing.
It was at the parade that the students of Mzwanenyi Secondary School in Taita Taveta were formally told of the beloved principal’s death, demonstrating the influence Mombo had on the education system.
