A group of Gen Z led by the popular Kasmuel, seem to have left police officers and the government surprised. This is after they opted to converge in the streets of Nairobi to protest without any clear reasons.
The group of protestors who have been seen making rounds on Nairobi CBD while chanting slogans, seem to have made an impromptu decision to protest without having shared any plans for the planned protests.
Although teachers were expected to protest today, the move by Gen Z seems to have left numerous Kenyans amazed. This is because there is no oen who had expected a protest from Gen Z today and the demands if the protestors are yet to be known.
The protests comes barely hours after President Ruto took to address concerns by University students and parents over the new University funding model that has received criticism from those who are preparing to join the University.
