There was a moment of confusion in Bungoma County when one of the cars in attendance came face-to-face with a burnt human leg inside the Toyota car of one pastor, who has been identified as Levis Simiyu.
According to the reports shared on July 8, 2024, it has been revealed that the attendees found the human body parts in one of the boxes that were on the boot. Further, the attendees raised an alarm, and later, police officers arrived at the area, and we’re able to arrest the pastor before he escaped from Amazing Petrol Station within Masikhu Market.
Further police officers who arrived were able to arrest the suspect, and they are doing investigations to determine what really happened and why the pastor was ferrying human remains inside his car.
I quote some statements from the source, “It was when the service guy was making the final touches at the boot that he noticed a protruding human leg, partly burnt and resting atop other such parts,” police say. “The young man abandoned his duty, ready to retire early, until the petrol station manager took a glance at the creepy box.” One of the managers from the said petrol station confirmed what really happened.
This just came in after similar cases of pastors in the country being arrested after being accused of killing innocent people, like in the case in Shakahola, where over 400 bodies were exhumed by the government. The main suspect is also in custody.
