Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has fulfilled his promise as Princess Angel joined Utawala Academy in Nairobi today.The young girl was seen in full school uniform with her parents as she began her new educational journey.

On social media, Deputy President Gachagua wrote, “A gifted and brilliant poet, Princess has opened a new chapter in achieving her dream of becoming a heavyweight lawyer.

In a brief statement through his social media pages, the second-in-command lauded Princess Angel for her outstanding poetry skills in both English and Kiswahili.

According to Gachagua, he was moved by the girl’s profound mastery of the two languages and the sweet soothing refined rendition skills during the Akurinu National Prayers Conference at Nakuru.The girl’s exemplary display of linguistic prowess triggered the Deputy President and the Second Lady, Dorcas Rigathi to invite Angel to Gachagua’s residence in Karen, Nairobi last week.

After Princess Angel accepted the invitation, DP Gachagua and Pastor Dorcas pledged to fully support her postsecondary education.

Princess Angel, as identified by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, wowed the DP and President William Samoei Ruto during the Annual Akorino National Prayer Conference.

She performed admirably well during the prayer conference held at Nakuru High School, leaving many in awe.

This comes hours after President William Ruto returned to the country, from his trip to Italy and Switzerland aboard a Kenya Airways flight.

The Head of State was received by Interior CS Kithure Kindiki, Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo and National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichung’wah.

However, His deputy, Rigathi Gachagua, was notably absent at the airport to welcome him back.
