Media personality and influencer Maureen Waititu pays a heartfelt tribute to her late sister as she marks her one year death anniversary. She took to her Instagram to celebrate her well lived life.
“It’s been one year since we lost you, continue resting in peace little siz. Biggest lesson I’ve been learning in the past year is that we need to keep our family and friends close. Forgive easily and be present because you don’t know when you’ll see them for the last time. Pick that phone and check up on your loved ones,” she wrote.
Maureen lost her younger sister in October last year and it was more painful since she wasn’t able to attend her funeral. The mother of two is still healing from the loss and she shared advice on how important it is to check up on loved ones. The content creator is big on family and never fails to show up for them.
