Phyllis Mbuthia is a Kenyan Kikuyu gospel artist and recently her YouTube channel was lost which caused her to sue the person behind the loss of her YouTube channel.
The ICT CAS Hon Dennis Itumbi helped her to recover the YouTube channel that had over 300, 000 subscribers.
Today 23rd June 2023 the source has reported that Phyllis Mbuthia has been sued by the person who she accused was behind the loss of her YouTube channel.
The source has reported that gospel artist Phyllis Mbuthia has been accused of defamation and the source has reported that she has been asked to apologise and also pay a fine of ksh. 499, 500 because of the damages he caused to the person he sued.
The source has however reported that Phyllis Mbuthia has not revealed who she accused although it is confirmed that it is not a musician behind the loss of her account.

“GOSPEL Musician Phyllis Mbuthia has been sued for defamation over her recent YouTube channel scandal.
The artist allegedly accused the person of causing temporary loss of her YouTube channel with over 300,000 subscribers. ICT CAS Dennis Itumbi helped her recover the channel.
She is expected to apologise and pay KSh499,500 in damages to the person suing her. Mbuthia is yet to reveal the identity of that person, although confirmed it was not a musician involved in the case.” TV 47 Kenya posted on their official verified Facebook page.
