Senior counsel Martha karua has been among a battery of lawyers that have been representing alleged Sect leader Maina Njenga in his case a few weeks ago.
Today however the senior counsel was missing in Action when the leader From Azimio was presented before a Nakuru based Court for the mentioning of his case for the second time where he is being accused of being in possession of illegal firearms.
There Was heightened within the court premises with armed policemen spotted as they manned the premises of the court where his supporters had threatened to stage an entry to listen to the charges being levied against their party leader.

The Nakuru Court is expected to give a ruling on the case which also touches on being a member of an illegal sect which has been causing havoc in Nakuru and other parts of the country.
The last time the leader was present before court there was no business activity running in Nakuru after his supporters stormed the street to oppose his arrest.
