Renowned Kenyan Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has been on the receiving end after making several remarks against the Nation Media Group.
In a news report that has been shared by a reliable source of information, it has been reported that the trade Cabinet Secretary had threatened to fire any government agency found advertising their products on Nation Media Group stating that the Nation Media Group should pick a side.
Speaking about the Nation Media Group, Moses Kuria claimed that the NMG should decide on whether they are a media outlet or members of the opposition.
Speaking about the remarks of Moses Kuria, Renowned NTV Reporter Smriti Vidyarthi has claimed that Kuria made these remarks after being exposed for being linked to KSh 6 Billion Edible Oil Scandal.
“The Cabinet Secretary who should have resigned by now is known for being Vulgar was recently linked to KSh 6 Billion Edible Oil Scandal and we believe this is why he’s attacking the media, we don’t work on to please him, we are the Nation’s watchmen and we’re going to do our job” Smriti Vidyarthi.
This is happening at the same time when the Deputy president of Kenya, Honorable Rigathi has called out Kuria for banning government agencies from using Nation Media For Advertisement stating that Kenya is a Democratic country.
