Televangelist pastor Ezekiel Odero has been dealt a huge blow after the government goes after his church over tax payment. Pastor Ezekiel Odero who was released recently on bond following Shakahola massacre, is now facing a rough time outside as all his bank accounts got frozen by the government in order for more investigations to be carried out on the source of his wealth.
According to reports, pastor Ezekiel Odero’s New Life Prayer Centre faces closure after receiving cancellation notice from Registrar of Societies over failure to file tax returns since it’s registration in the year 2012.
The government has given him a notice that his church will remain closed as he owes the government a lot of money since the year 2012 for he has not been paying taxes. Pastor Ezekiel Odero collects millions of money from his church and now the government will count the amount of money he is expected to pay as tac for all those years
