Paul from Nyandarua county revealed how he was arrested for touting when he failed to bribe them with 40k as they had asked, he was acc6of robbery with violence and got imprisoned.
He was born and raised in Nyeri county. After completing his primary education level, his parents didn’t manage to enroll him in secondary school. He started doing manual jobs around the home.
He later got employed in the nearby town as a tout. He managed to rent a house and married a lady he met in the church. They were blessed with two children together. One day, he was arrested by police officers for touting.
He was taken to police custody and when his family went to check on him, the officers asked them to bribe them with 40k to release him. When they told them they can’t find that money, they told him that he was going to rot in jail.
When he was taken to court, he was accused of robbery with violence. He was taken to remand but while there he used to pray and ask God to fight for him because he couldn’t afford to hire a lawyer.
He stayed in prison for 5 years before his judgment was made. The judge said that there was no evidence that he was arrested for robbery and he got released. He is happy that God fought his battles.
