Faceless blogger Martha Mwihaki Hinga has managed to unleash terror on popular Kikuyu gospel artists using her Facebook fan page which has more than 130,000 followers. She mercilessly hits hard and has no favourites as she tries to sanitize an industry she claims has gone rogue.
Just a few days ago, she set tongues wagging after leaking naughty photos of popular gospel singer Mary Lincoln. The embarrassing scandal forced Mary Lincoln to repent and seek prayers in church.
Hinga’s exposes on gospel singers have been sparking reactions from different people. There are those who support her while others feel that she has ill motives.
Jeremiah Kimani, an Inooro FM presenter and elder at the African Inland Pentecostal Church of Africa(AIPCA) is among those supporting Martha’s actions.
He showered the shadowy blogger with praises and insisted that all pretending to spread the gospel from the pulpit or music arenas must live honest and transparent lives.
“We must cleanse the pulpit of rogue elements. She must continue exposing our wolves in sheep’s clothing. You want no trouble with her, live by what you preach,” he said in an interview.
Kimani described Martha as a “real terror for the rogue” whom she exposes with “unmatched consistency and boldness”.
