Lawyer Miguna Miguna briefly got into an argument with journalist Joe Ageyo at Nation Media House during the Weekend Edition TV program when he stopped him and attempted to explain how Raila Odinga was responsible for his kidnapping, banishment, and rights violations.
Ageyo interrupted, telling Miguna that he couldn’t let him make unsupported allegations on his broadcast.
Miguna maintained his defiance, telling the presenter that everything he had stated was accurate and that if he wanted more, he knew where Raila got the money so that he could turn on him.
Ageyo was clear that he had never asked a question about money, but Miguna, who has been known for always having “readymade” responses, informed him that because he had posed a question, he was not in a position to prescribe how it should be answered.
Miguna: You asked the question?
Ageyo: I didn’t ask about the money!
Miguna: But joe when you ask a question you cannot dictate how am going to answer the question because I did not construct the question.
Ageyo listened as Miguna continued to ruminate on the subject, alleging that Raila Odinga deserted him because he felt intimidated by the fact that people were siding with the National Resistance Movement more so than with Raila and he did not like it.
