Ev Mercy Nungari is known by many due to her helping hand. She is also loved due to the support she always gives to the less privileged, less fortunate, and disabled people in society. Apart from being in politics, she is a pastor, business lady and a radio presenter.
Unfortunately, in the previous election, she lost the Women’s Rep seat even though she had followed her contestant Ann Wamuratha very closely. Luckily even after defeat, she embarked on her usual job at Kameme FM.
In the recent past, she wrote a nice note on her Facebook that left many people comments. First, she thanks Man Nyari who has been his co-host for a long time. They both bring a show on Kameme TV and radio that entails finding loved ones who got lost a long time ago. Fortunately, the show has borne fruits even though there are still ups and downs.
On the page, she thanked God for giving her brother like Man Nyari because he has walked with her all along the journey. She added that at times Man Nyari used his finances, time, and energy in supporting her in all situations. She went on to say that he always carries her problems like his and also fasts on her behalf.
Apart from Man Nyari Mercy also thanked Charity Karuere for also supporting her. Mercy said that even though she won’t have a blood sister, God gave her Charity. “I can share with her my inner secrets,” Hungary added.
In conclusion, she never forgot to thank her diaspora fans more so Wairimu was Kimani who always call to check on her even at the midnight. Mercy added that she is always thankful.
In life, it’s good to have friends who always stand by you in times of good and bad times. Also thanking them when they are still alive is another thing you can do here on earth. Cherish them, love them, support them, and pray for them because in this world we need each other.
