This is a word that has been playing on the minds of many Kenyans when they see a photo of Jack Omondi Oluoch.
The man became a social media sensation over the weekend as he was featured on a reporting about party primaries in the country.
In the viral video, Oluoch joined a fellow resident who was being questioned on the nature of the party nomination primaries.
As the other man complained about electoral kits being available at the polling station but the activity had not started, Oluoch would say “Password” with a deep Luo accent.
Speaking to Nation, Oluoch who is a resident of Homabay County said he went to the polling station but was not able to vote three hours later.
“The voting kit came 3 hours after and the officials said they do not have the password. When i spoke, I just wanted the password to be availed so that I go back to my Jua Kali job,” he said.
Oluoch added that he has since acquired the name ‘Password’ in his residency.
“Yesterday I went to town and everyone was calling me ‘Password’, running towards my side. But I do not know if I am celebrity. But that would not be a bad thing if it can put food on my table.”
