Media personality Shix Kapyenda is joining NTV, close to two years after she exited Hot 96.
Kapyenga together with DJ Moh, will be hosting Jamdown, a reggae show that airs every Saturday from 10 pm at the media station.
This was after Shix quit royal media in the middle of the pandemic when the company was laying off the staff to reduce operating costs.
Through an advert by the company, Shix is set to start working this weekend.
Shix has been in the entertainment industry for many years.
She has acted in many local shows such as Beba Beba, Mali, MTV Shuga 2, Nairobi Half Life among others.
She quit Hot 96 during the pandemic and has since been doing online content creation jobs.
