Kenyan digital content creator Kelvin Kinuthia has hinted that he is taking a quieter approach to his personal journey, choosing to keep some of his plans private as he concentrates on achieving his goals.
Kinuthia shared the message on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in a post that appeared to encourage his followers to embrace patience, focus and gratitude while working towards their ambitions.
The content creator said he was opting to move quietly and allow his achievements to speak for themselves rather than publicly discussing every step of his journey.
“Moving in silence, building in private, and letting the results make the noise,” Kinuthia said.
He followed the message by describing his approach as focused and intentional, while also emphasising the importance of being grateful for every step.
The remarks came shortly after Kinuthia publicly shared an update on his weight-loss journey, in which he said he had lost 10 kilogrammes in one month while using Mounjaro shots.
On Monday, October 5, Kinuthia posted photos showing his physical transformation and said his weight had reduced from 125 kilogrammes to 115 kilogrammes.
He celebrated the progress and thanked Nure Aesthetics for supporting him during the journey.
“One month down the line I am loving it,” he wrote while acknowledging the aesthetics clinic.
Kinuthia had begun documenting the latest phase of his weight-loss efforts on September 7, when he announced that he was starting Mounjaro shots and intended to share updates with his followers.
The latest disclosure is part of a longer period in which the influencer has openly discussed his attempts to change his weight and appearance.
In 2022, Kinuthia publicly shared details about undergoing a gastric balloon procedure. He later documented another weight-loss effort involving Ozempic in 2025.
His latest update, however, was not focused entirely on his physical transformation. His subsequent message about moving in silence suggested a broader decision to become more selective about what he shares publicly.
Kinuthia did not explain whether the statement was connected to a particular business project, personal decision or upcoming venture.
Instead, he appeared to signal that he would rather reveal his progress through results than announce his plans in advance.
The approach marks a contrast with the highly public nature of much of his online journey, where he has regularly shared personal updates and milestones with his followers.
For now, Kinuthia has not revealed what he is privately working on or what specific “next moves” he was referring to.
His followers will therefore have to wait for further updates as the content creator focuses on his goals away from the spotlight.
