Ndamase spoke out on October 1, 2026, after the allegations resurfaced online. In a video filmed inside a car, the influencer expressed frustration over what she described as false stories being presented as facts about her private life.
She said people should not create narratives about her simply because they can post anonymously online.
Ndamase later followed the video with a written statement in which she directly addressed both men. She said she had never dated Chivayo and insisted that she had never even met him.
She also denied ever having a romantic relationship with Ginimbi, the late Zimbabwean socialite and businessman.
The latest controversy has revived an allegation involving Chivayo that first gained significant attention in 2024. At the time, social media accounts claimed that Chivayo and Ndamase were romantically involved after both were reportedly associated with Miami.
Chivayo publicly rejected those claims in March 2024, saying he did not know Ndamase personally or through his business associates. Ndamase also welcomed his clarification and urged people to verify claims before spreading them.
The issue resurfaced following Chivayo’s death in 2026. He died alongside his wife, Lucy Muteke, and other occupants when a helicopter crashed in Zimbabwe. Reports said six people were killed in the accident, with investigations into the crash continuing.
Ndamase’s latest statement was therefore also aimed at stopping the renewed speculation from being treated as established fact.
The influencer said she had previously chosen to ignore rumours in order to protect her peace. However, she argued that remaining silent should not be interpreted as permission for people to rewrite her personal history.
Her comments generated a fresh debate among social media users. Some supported her decision to respond, arguing that unverified claims can spread quickly when left unanswered. Others questioned whether publicly addressing the allegations would give the rumours even more attention.
Ndamase has maintained that the claims about her alleged relationships with Chivayo and Ginimbi are untrue.
