Raila Odinga’s favourite deejay, Spider, has joined Senator Edwin Sifuna’s media team ahead of the planned Linda Mwananchi mega rallies in Trans Nzoia and Bungoma counties this weekend.
Spider was pictured alongside members of Sifuna’s media team, all dressed in matching blue outfits, as preparations gathered pace ahead of the rallies.
The appearance has placed the popular deejay among the team expected to help energise activities surrounding the Linda Mwananchi events in the two Western Kenya counties.
The photos shared by Lightcast TV Kenya showed Spider posing with members of the media team at a location bearing the name of Senator Sifuna. In one of the images, the group appeared in high spirits as they displayed coordinated gestures for the camera.
The development comes ahead of the planned mega rallies in Trans Nzoia and Bungoma, with the team now appearing ready for the weekend engagements.
Spider is widely associated with Raila Odinga, who is described as his favourite political figure in the post. His presence alongside Sifuna’s media team has therefore drawn attention ahead of the Linda Mwananchi rallies.
