The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has issued a fresh directive affecting all motor vehicle owners, outlining the official email contacts for various transport-related services.

In a statement released on July 20, 2026, NTSA urged motorists seeking updates on applications for reflective number plates to send their inquiries to mvenquiries@ntsa.go.ke.

The authority also instructed anyone with questions regarding driving licence and PSV services—including smart driving licence applications, licence status updates, record corrections, PSV badge matters, and PSV SACCO issues—to use dlqueries@ntsa.go.ke.

For driving school management services such as driving school registration, licence revalidation, Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) application support, driver test bookings, test status updates, and driving calls endorsements, NTSA advised the public to contact dsmqueries@ntsa.go.ke.

Additionally, NTSA encouraged members of the public seeking general official communication or information to reach out through info@ntsa.go.ke.
