The drama unfolded after Milly publicly criticized the hit show, sparking a wave of online reactions that quickly brought Kabi’s controversial past back into the spotlight.
Milly Condemns the Series, Champions Monogamy
Taking to social media, Milly Wa Jesus firmly stated that she refused to watch the series, proudly declaring that her household stands strictly for monogamy. Kabi enthusiastically agreed with his wife, grinning for the camera and declaring himself a “monogamy ambassador.”
Milly went a step further to question married couples and adults in their 30s who are hooked on the drama, wondering how they find the time to watch it.
“Mi sitawatch hiyo Polygamist nimekataa, me I stand for monogamy… watu wanasema wanaogopa kuingia kwa ndoa after that,” (I refuse to watch ‘The Polygamist,’ I stand for monogamy… people are saying they are afraid of getting married after watching it) Milly stated.
