Muhando questioned the motives of critics in judging her faith and work of ministry by their outward appearance instead of looking at the message she conveys considering the many years she has been in the gospel genre. She declared that her music comes from God and no other ungodly source.
Her swift reaction comes barely a month after she dismissed reports of her having married a Luhya pastor who publicly declared to have given her the dowry. Muhando dismissed the headlines saying they contained misleading information. She apparently wants fans to know that she is still dedicated to worshiping regardless of everything. Reactions to the news went mixed as fans appreciated her courage though others still speculated putting her name on the headlines.
