Popular MC and social media personality Ndegenye has sparked public concern after revealing that a renowned Inooro TV presenter is battling alcoholism and has been spotted sleeping in roadside drains. In an emotional statement on Facebook, Ndegenye said it is heartbreaking to see someone once admired on screen fall so far.
“So sad. A famous TV presenter from Inooro TV has become addicted to alcohol and now sleeps in drainage trenches,” Ndegenye lamented adding that he had received reports the individual was recently found in Kasarani in such a condition.
He went on to urge Kenyan comedians, artists and media personalities to invest wisely when they come into money. “When reality hits and you’re not prepared it can lead to depression and alcoholism,” he warned.
