Popular singer Kelvin Kioko alias Bahati took to social media to accuse Ziiki media of hacking his Youtube channel. The ”Mama” hit maker alleged that the distribution company illegally accessed his Youtube channel and deleted a collabo that he did with Rwandese singer Bruce Melodie dubbed Diana.
‘”Dear Bahati fans. Ziiki media has illegally hacked my Youtube channel and deleted my song Diana featuring Rwanda’s Bruce Melodie. Ziiki media are fraudsters” he lamented on Instagram while addressing his fans.
Ziiki media has rubbished Bahati’s allegations in a quick rejoinder. The company hit out that Bahati for calling them fraudsters without producing any evidence, adding that the hard-hitting post was in bad taste.
”We vehemently deny the statement made by Bahati in the above post in its entirety, and do not wish to dignify such brazen lies by explaining any further at this stage,” part of the statement reads.
The company further demanded an unconditional apology from Bahati. They also demanded that he should take down the offensive immediately and threatened to sue him if he fails to do so.
”The post Is blatantly defamatory, and failing an immediate and unconditional apology from Bahati, Ziiki Media shall seek redressal at the appropriate forum” the company added.
Ziiki has been distributing Bahati’s music since October 2020 on all Digital Service Providers.
