Alot of you ladies out there think you are old, but honestly it’s just that you need to do some yoga and stretching to get your body to flex.
Hold the stretch and remember to take effective breaths.
Here’s another tip too. Hold each pose for 1 minute to get the full stretch. Apparently it takes this much time for your brain to send a message to your muscles that it’s ok to loosen up.
