3 years ago Karangu Wa Muraya adopted a mentally challenged girl from Nakuru county Subukia constituency after her videos trended while she and her family were languishing in extreme poverty.
Wairimu was attacked by jiggers on her arms and legs to the point she could not walk properly nor hold anything with her hands. But Karangu took her and take her to the hospital until she recovered fully, she is now staying with her in his home as one of his children.
Now yesterday Karangu and another Gospel musician called Nyaboke took Wairimu for a vacation in Mombasa where they had a good time together.
Karangu has revealed why he took Wairimonto vacation in Mombasa, he said that he wanted to show her some love before taking her to a special needs school where she will pursue a course of her choice for the betterment of her future.
