I have loved movies for a long time, and what else would you expect from an indoor antisocial person? Anyway, I should enroll in a social class because I need some help on how to interact with people. So a few weeks ago before this Makenzi whole drama emerged, I followed this series called ‘The Oval’. And there was this part of a series when there was a Rakudushis cult. This woman called Ruth joined the cult, and kidnapped her child to join her in the dark underworld of a fanatical religious cult. And when Berry the little girl’s father tried to find his daughter they killed him. And then they kidnapped Berry’s mother drugged him and tricked her to join the cult, and later she killed herself because she couldn’t take it.
The leader of Rakudushis provided his follower with security, brainwashed them, and acquired monetary/power-related advantages. So these people would do anything to protect their beliefs, even killing and forcing people to join them using unrecognized power or even gunpoint to do what they want, not even selling their properties, and children and even draining their bank accounts, leaving them with nothing.
So I never heard something of the sort and from the movie, I thought it was just a drama. And then comes the Makenzi drama. How do you leave an air hostess job, sell properties you have been working so hard to acquire, give out the money, and then die in the name of wanting to meet Jesus? how do you sell a property worth 400 million at 70 million, give out the money and go to the forest to die in the name of wanting to meet Jesus? how can this be real? unless it’s witchcraft. I thought the bible says church leaders should lead with examples, you think what I’m thinking, and what left me mad is the fact that he had to complain they are not given food in the cells. not me thinking he should be forced to meet Jesus too.
