oday’s morning conversation was a continuation of the discussion that Maina Kageni had started yesterday about wives having a side guy.
From the feedback that he got, Maina wondered why Kenyan men couldn’t envisage that their better others could also have another person.
“Why is it that Kenyan men cannot even imagine their wives cheating on them?”
Mwalimu King’ang’i himself was flummoxed that Maina could entertain such a thought saying, “How can you even fathom cheating on your partner? By the time mwanaume anaamua ni wewe jua amekupea roho yake yote.”
The resulting comments from listeners show how divisive the issue was. Monique Kimms was particularly engaged on this particular topic saying that cheating happens when the hubby also cheats on his wife.
“The saying goes whatever you give to a woman she will multiply it, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over!! We’re the real deal all you have to do as a man is choose your cup, sit down and it shall be served to you.”
She went on to ask why men should expect forgiveness when they cheat but don’t give their wives the same treatment when they step out of their marriages?
