AI is artificial intelligence installed in machines that can perform tasks and think to a high degree, resembling human capabilities.
The arrival of AI has sparked concerns among people, especially after the IMF warned last week that AI would take up to 40% of jobs currently performed by human hands.
Now, Vanessa Mdee, through her Instagram page, has shared her thoughts on how this new globalization is rapidly advancing, driven by major technology companies, including Microsoft through ChatGPT, Google through Bard, and also OpenAI.
Vanessa Mdee expresses serious doubts about how AI is pushed and imposed on people through these technology services that have introduced AI globalization into their operations.
For Vanessa Mdee, she is not ready to embrace artificial intelligence in any way, even if those around her label her as ‘old-fashioned.’
“Call me old-fashioned, but AI makes me so uneasy…It’s the way it’s forced upon us,” said Vanessa Mdee.
Mdee shares these views a few days after an AFP report revealed that AI experts are planning to make the concept of death ‘unnecessary.’
