The president of the republic of Kenya on Tuesday had a busy day welcoming king Charles and Queen Camilla at statehouse Nairobi.
Later on, the president accompanied the guests to Uhuru gardens where they laid a wreath on the grave of unknown warrior.
All this while, the president was at some point accompanied by the prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi and other top government officials.
However, the absence of the deputy president Rigathi Gachagua on Such a big occasion could not escape the attention of kenyans as some Questioned why he was missing.
Nevertheless others hilariously came up with various photos which were of course photoshopped to help explain his absence.
In one such photo that has elicited mixed reactions online, the president is seen ushering the king to prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi with someone who looks like Gachagua peeping through the window.
One X user lamented that kenyans can go to this extent, opining that the person who did this should just be arrested.
“Why would someone photoshop Riggy G like that with President William Ruto, Rachael Ruto, Musalia Mudavadi, King Charles III and Queen Camilla at State House like that? Whoever photoshoped Rigg G like that needs to be stopped and arrested immediately!This is Totally Unacceptable”, said omwamba on X.
However, others like sehn said it’s important that some laughter is created to lighten the mood.
Sehn: he he he!!! This is Kenya, and Kenya is our business. Some laughter gotta be created to cheer the moods of numerous at a day when everything is pressurizing enough.
It’s worth noting that the second in command Rigathi Gachagua has been out of the country in an official duty.
