Deputy President Hon Rigathi Gachagua now claims President William Ruto has delegated Presidential duties to him before flying to China.
Speaking during the Ongoing UDA Party Women League Rally at the Bomas of Kenya where he complained about some leaders who he said are sponsoring fake narratives intending to portray an image of the Ruto-Gachagua fallout, the second in command has gone on to claim that the decision to have him represent Ruto was arrived at after realizing that some people have developed an habit of misbehaving whenever they are abroad.Equally, the second in command now in a message perceived as attempting to assure the nation that all is well as far as his relationship with President William Ruto, and the government at large is concerned said that they have been friends with Ruto for the past 20 years and that their friendship extends beyond the Presidency where he seats as Deputy President.
