According to the reliable reports that we have with us is that the military of Gabon has removed the president elect of Gabon Ali Bongo Ondimba from power. This is after they released an official report on 30th August 2023.

The military leader who was in charge of the coup gave an update and said that his excellency Ali Bongo is under house arrest and the son arrested for treason.
The video was shared confirming that Ali is under house arrest but it has no location. President Ali Bongo was heard pleading with his friends to make noise for him to be released.
The military said that they took over the country because of what happened during the elections.
