Kiharu member of parliament, Ndindi Nyoro, joined his counterpart from Mathioya constituency, Edwin Mugo, in launching the upgrading of the Mugeka-Kiriaini road. The event took place on Thursday 29th at Kiriaini market.

At the tail end of his address to the people of Kiriaini Town, MP Ndindi Nyoro asked the residents to tell him what message he should forward to president William Ruto once he goes back to Nairobi.

“What do you want me to go and tell the president once I go back to Nairobi?” Paused Nyoro. (Watch video from 54 min).

The residents, verbally, gave a list of issues which they felt that the Head of State should address. Among the issues they raised were; lowering the cost of living, provision of water and construction of a level 5 hospital. They also said that they would want the president to tour the area so that he could get the message from them.

The Kiharu legislator promised to forward their issues to the president. Nyoro also remained optimistic that the government will fulfill the promises which were made during the campaign period.
