The well established Senior Counsel Donald Kipkorir has issued a statement hours after it has been reported that the deputy organizing secretary of Jubilee party has been arrested by officers from the Director of Criminal Investigation.
Kipkorir has quickly moved to defend Pauline Njoroge who has been the latest member of Azimio to get arrested. She has been on the frontline in various activities like blogging for Azimio camp and serving in various capacities in the previous government of Uhuru Kenyatta.
SC Kipkorir has urged the government to leave Pauline alone instead of subjecting her to the arrest because of her service to the nation.
He has lauded Pauline for her way up to success despite starting off her journey without a university degree but she had managed to serve globally and locally.
“Pauline Njoroge is a nationalist & patriot ⌠Her services to Kenya both locally & globally are well documented ⌠Pauline came to national limelight when she didnât have a university degree & pulled herself to global stage by sheer effort. Let the girl be,” said SC Donald Kipkorir.
