The deputy president who has joined his boss for a tour to the Nyanza region, was today given a warm welcome by Kisumu residents, as it is his norm, the Mathira man whenever he visits a place it is customary for him to wake up early and do a healthy walk on the streets or the village that he slept in
When the early risers in Kisumu city spotted him, they warmed up after seen him, even disrupting his health walk as they demand selfies with him, something that he did not deny them, he was forced to stop at intervals to acknowledge greetings from people, as he continues with his walk, those who were in vechiles stopped to exchange greetings with Kenyans deputy president.
The deputy president has always being at loggerheads with the region due to the political history, since the region he hails from in most instances do not agree politically with Luo Nyanza.
