After a positive message to the students, President William Ruto today sent a crowd to Kisii National Polytechnic.
The President stated that the government has finally provided enough money for the Higher Education Loans Board during the commissioning of the Kisii National Polytechnic Digital Empowerment Center in Kisii County.
The final point is HELB,” president Ruto began, but the engulfed audience cut him off as cries of “Ruto, Ruto” filled the air.
The government disbursed the funds two weeks ago, the president revealed, and all the students who had qualified for the loan will shortly receive the funds.
