The latest move by H.E President William Ruto to request for Ksh. 16 Trillion from the World Bank has left many Kenyans talking with many now questioning the move.
H.E the President did state that the Ksh.16 Trillion would be used to combat that climate change menace that has been ravaging the entire planet. The move by the President comes a midst the flooding incidents witnessed in various regions in the country with properties being destroyed and hundreds of lives being lost.
The move has let to mixed reaction with many terming the move as one that seeks to enrich a few individuals within the Government. Some have even insisted that the President has shown that he lacks capacity to handle things from the way the Government has been handling the recent flooding situation.
