President William Ruto has now informed on what most of the Kenya Kwanza politicians used to say about ODM Party leader Raila Odinga during the campaign period last year.

Speaking during a Thanksgiving Service at Kirubia Stadium in Tharaka Nithi yesterday, the Head of State said that Kenya Kwanza leaders were right when they refered to Mr Odinga as person of demonstrations. This, according to Ruto, is now been seen considering that Mr Odinga has declared nationwide protests aimed at castigating the government.

“He called for respect among leaders and for the law, adding that Kenya Kwanza leaders were right when they referred to Raila as a person of demos during the electioneering period,” read the statement.

At the same time, Ruto told off Mr Odinga together with other Azimio leaders over the opposition to the selection process of IEBC commissioners. Ruto said that he followed the law and constitution when he was gazetted a seven-member team that will help in the recruitment of the commissioners.
