Well speaker Moses Wetangula saw it better not to stop Junet Mohammed from talking. Well Junet Mohammed Lectured Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wah over his remarks. According to Junet Mohammed said he was not against the prayers but prayers made the government of today and Kenyans are suffering more than they were suffering during president Uhuru Kenyatta tenure. Junet Mohammed told Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wah just to pest for him tomorrow since there prayers are Turing expensive and dishing taxi payers money.
Mr. Speaker to expect that an MCA will earn sh86,000 and then recruit ministers in the County Government who earn sh400,000 is laughable. To expect that MCAs will oversight governors who are controlling billions of shillings is to expect too much from our MCAs. What we should have done is to increase the salaries and allowances of our MCAs to equip them properly for purposes of undertaking primary oversight. Senator. Enock Wambua said while the debate got heated.
