Former Presidential Aspirant Hon. Mwalimu Dida has reacted through his official twitter page hours after Senators test and feel comfort of the alleged Sh1.1M Orthopedic Seat by Siaya County as alleged by impeached Deputy Governor William Oduol.
According to him Siaya deputy Governor is not a procurement officer an accounting officer. And that he shouldn’t be the one answering such questions.
Siaya’s 1.1 Million Shillings chair was presented before senate committee during impeachment hearings of DG William Oduol.
This is part of the Ksh.18M office renovation impeachment ground.
“Siaya County DG is not a procurement officer an accounting officer. If his chair was procured at 1.12 million, ask whoever allowed it to be bought for that amount. If a county is willing to buy a chair at 1.12 million, I would also supply. Stupid buyer happy seller”. Said Hon. Mwalimu Dida former presidential aspirant.
