A warrant of arrest has been issued against Eddie Ndichu by the Kibera Law court.
The warrant was issued on March 31, 2022, after Eddie failed to appear in court to take a plea in a case of assault and malicious damage to property.
On March 9, 2022, Eddie was set to take a plea alongside his co-accused – and twin brother – Paul Ndichu but was a no show in court.
After his absence, the court ordered him to appear on March 21 to take the plea.

He was meant to take a plea alongside his twin brother Paul Ndichu.

Eddie was a no-show again, prompting the court to issue a warrant of arrest.
“Kibera Case No E210. Ndichu brother fails to appear. Warrants of Arrest issued. Mention set for 3/5/2022 HC Petition E106 of 2022,” a court document seen by Mpasho reads.

The court ordered that Eddie must present himself to the Kibera Court and take the plea, after which his case will be stayed pending consideration by the High Court.
Back on March 9, Eddie’s lawyer told the court that the accused was could not appear in court because he did not get permission from his employer.
This sparked protest from lawyer Philip Murgor, who is representing the plaintiff, Stephanie and Cheryl Murgor.
Paul and his twin brother Eddie Ndichu are accused of assaulting two sisters- Stephanie, 25 and her sister Cheryl Murgor 23.
