Karen Nyamu is the Nairobi’s nominated senator who was nominated by his Excellency president William Ruto to represent women and youths in Nairobi county. She is known for her courage in addressing sensitive matters without the fear of trolls.
Few minutes ago she shared a photo of herself on her Facebook page and captioned it with a script while saying that the fact that you have not yet build a house for yourself should not be a hinderance for you to enjoy incredible plots.
One of her followers commented on the post while saying that a woman was abducted while on a hospital bed. The comment attracted Karen’s attention where she responded by telling the fan that the police do not abduct but rather they arrest.
Another fan has commented asking Karen why would the police arrest the woman for exposing the fact that SHA is not working. Senator Karen has responded by telling the fan that the law provides for how protests should be done and if you break the law, enforcement will deal with you. Karen has added that the only issue is her health status where the police should have waited until the woman is discharged from the hospital bed then arrest her. What’s your opinion on this matter?
